Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, traditionally to channel vital energy source. Fundamentally, it is a physical preparation – preparing the body for a higher possibility. Hatha yoga at its core is about finding balance.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are exactly the same.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
