HEALTHY BACK WORKSHOP

Understanding the Back - Healthy Posture and Back Care.  Important Things to Do and To Avoid to Keep the Back Healthy.  Exercises to Prevent and Manage Back Pain.  Workshop consists of a 30 min lecture and 1 hour yoga/exercise class.  Handout of lecture and all exercises will be provided.   Dress in yoga attire and bring your yoga mat.
